1. Platform Role

KD API Store is a digital service panel for consent-based Indian document and identity verification. KD API Store is not a government department, bank or official authority.

2. KYC & Authorized Purpose

Services must be used only for lawful identity, document, business, compliance, transport or financial validation purpose with valid consent.

3. User Responsibility

  • Do not submit another person's data without permission.
  • No fake KYC, fraud, spam, harassment, tracking or data resale.
  • Keep your API key private.
  • Verification result depends on provider response and record availability.

4. API, Wallet & Logs

Every API request may be logged with request payload, IP address and response returned to user. Vendor/provider response is visible only to admin for support and dispute handling.

5. Suspension

Misuse can lead to account suspension, API block, wallet hold and legal action where required.
